Basic Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the parties of the purchase contract. Seller: Tomáš Faldyna - HT-Pools, ID: 09507914

Ordering

Orders can be placed via e-shop, e-mail, phone or in person at our premises. The contract is formed by sending and confirming the order.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, bank transfer, card, cash on delivery or PayPal. Prepayment is required for orders over 50,000 CZK.

Delivery Terms

We ship goods within 24-48 hours of order (in stock). Delivery is provided through transport services throughout the Czech Republic.

Withdrawal from Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete.

Warranty and Complaints

The warranty period is 24 months. Complaints can be made by e-mail or in writing. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
